Show it once. Never do it again.

You have a folder of invoices, receipts, statements or forms, and every month you open each one, copy the same few details into a spreadsheet, and file it. Once watches you do the first one, then does the rest of the folder.

How it works

1. 1Point it at a folder of PDFs, photos or Word files.
2. 2It shows you the first document. Drag across the bits you want, like the invoice number and the total.
3. 3It writes down what it learned in plain sentences you can correct.
4. 4It reads every other document, writes a spreadsheet, and if you ask, renames and files them too.
5. 5Next month you click the saved job instead of teaching it again.

Windows will warn you that it does not recognise the publisher, because the file is not code signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.

What it will not do

• Windows only. There is no Mac build yet.
• It needs a free Anthropic account and your own API key. The app walks you through getting one, and it takes about three minutes.
• PDFs, photos and Word files. Not Excel, not email.
• It is no good for a job you do once, because teaching it takes as long as doing it. It pays off from the second time.
• Built and used by us. Nobody else has used it yet, so you would be early and something will annoy you. Tell us and we will fix it.
